You need a super computer to actually run all of the fancy stuff, I don't know why we had to advance from XP which I still use, and runs perfectly well. So I'm glad there are themes you can get because I've used them on my PC, however, I did find that some of the themes slowed down my PC a fair bit, so if you've got a decent PC and don't want Vista but want the look, I think its a great idea.
