		<description>It seems I&#039;m not able to create a new toolbar.  I can see the new toolbar while I&#039;m giving it a name, but then when I click ok it disappears, and doesn&#039;t even show up in the view  toolbars dropdown list.

What am I doing wrong?</description>

Though what Im going to tell now is unrelated, ill tell. When I clicked on the empty space, we get the customize option. In the picture your customize option spelling ends as ZE and for me it ends as SE. While both are firefox, how can this be possible?</description>
