What Is Giraffic.exe and GirafficWatchdog.exe?
If you have recently been to your task manager and seen some weird tasks like Giraffic.exe or GirafficWatchdog.exe you might have been a little surprised. However, don’t panic those files are not some virus.
Giraffic is a video streaming company which accelerates the distribution of On-demand video to PCs. The company’s website at http://www.giraffic.com has this to say.

Rest assured the Giraffic.exe and GirafficWatchdog.exe are not viruses and are legitimate executable which are there to help you watch video without buffering.
