The run command is probably one of the most used tools while launching to applications and control panel applets provided by Windows, however does not seem to have the run command enabled by default.

Nirmal from Life Rocks has a simple hack that will allow users to enable the run command in Windows 7, the hack is pretty simple and you can enable the run command by changing a few properties.
