Lava’s premium smartphone brand, Xolo has announced its newest dual-SIM offering – Xolo Q1010i, a successor to Xolo Q1010. With the Xolo Q1010i, the company aims to bring exceptional camera experience at the mid-range smartphone offering.
It features a 8 Megapixel Sony Exmor R sensor with f/2.0 aperture, 1.4 micron pixel size and a 5-element lens. It also comes with a 2 Megapixel front facing camera.
The Xolo Q1010i sports a 5-inch IPS display with 1280*720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 chipset, a quad core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz with 500 MHz Mali 400MP2 GPU, 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory, supports microSD card, and has battery capacity of 2,250 mAh battery.
On software front, it runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, although Xolo has promised to offer Android 4.4 Kitkat update for the Smartphone. It comes with a new lock screen feature that lets you scribble a letter on the lock screen to launch the select app.
The device is expected to on sale later this month and will cost Rs 13,499.
