Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 Coming To Verizon On March 1 For $499

Last year, Samsung announced the Galaxy Tab 7.7 at the IFA 2011. It is the company’s fourth tablet device after the original Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 8.9. As the name suggests, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 will come with a 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus display. Verizon recently announced that the much-awaited Galaxy Tab 7.7 will be finally available for its subscribers from the next month.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 features a 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, sporting a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels, 1.4 GHz dual-core processor, Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) Operating System (upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS), Samsung TouchWiz UI, 3.2 megapixel rear camera with HD (720p) video recording and full HD (1080p) video playback capabilities, 2 megapixel front facing camera for video calls and so on.

It also comes with the usual Samsung Apps, Samsung Kies, Readers Hub, Music Hub, Game Hub, Video Hub, Samsung S Suggest, 3G Connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Samsung ChatON, Music Player with SoundAlive, DivX/Xvid support, GPS with A-GPS, AllShare Play, Polaris Office, 16 GB internal storage, microSD card slot, 32 GB expandable memory, Bluetooth 3.0 and 5100 mAh Li-Po battery. This device allows you to access more than 400,000 apps from the Android Market.

Verizon subscribers can get the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 from March 1, 2012. This device will be available for $499.99 with a two-year service agreement and a minimum of $30 monthly 4G LTE data plan.
