Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean Update Now Available

After rolling out the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy S3 in quite a few regions of the world, Samsung has turned its attention to the Galaxy Note 10.1. Beginning from today, Samsung has started rolling out the Jelly Bean update for the Note 10.1 in Germany.

The update is only available via OTA at the moment and weighs in a whopping 300MB, so make sure you are connected to a Wi-FI network before proceeding with the installation.

So what does the Jelly Bean update bring for the Galaxy Note 10.1? Early reports suggest that Project Butter is in full-flow here, giving the tablet and its user a lag-free experience. All other Jelly Bean enhancements like an enhanced notification bar, same S-Pen features as on the Note 2 including Air View, Pop-Up Play, and a bunch of new Mini apps from Samsung.

Samsung will be slowly rolling out the Jelly Bean update for the Note 10.1 in other regions of the world. This can take quite sometime, up to a couple of months, so please be a bit patient. if you are bold enough, you can always manually update your Note 10.1 to Jelly Bean.
