Feedburner Count Slumps, Again?

In the second time in 5 days Feedburner seems to have lost count of Google Reader subscribers. The first time this happened on 4th November which Darren had reported. Looking at my feed counter today I a mighty slump. Thanks to Darren I could see the cause immediately.

This has happened 2nd time in 5 days. Is something wrong with Google Reader count or is Google performing some upgrades under the hood. Only next few days will confirm what is really happening.

If you see a huge slump in your subscriber count do not panic it is just a temporary issue and I guess should be fixed shortly.

I dont think so. They fluctuate according to the people who checked their feeds on that day. In my opinion, this was because of the Diwali(in India). Many people must have leave the PC to go out for shopping. :D

        Hey Ash,

You can visit your feedburner stats page and click on individual days to know that.
