Dell Launches The Inspiron Duo Convertible Tablet

Dell today launched its first convertible tablet, the Dell Inspiron Duo. It sports a unique flip-hinge design and it combines the simplicity of a tablet, the functionality of a full keyboard and the convenience of a dock. The touch screen display offers easy access to movies, TV shows, social-networking sites and more. The Inspiron Duo is loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and a dual-core processor. Dell Inspiron Duo comes with a price tag of $549 (without optional dock) and $649 with the optional dock. Inspiron Duo is currently available only in the US and it will be available from December 2 in the UK for £449 with a 250GB HDD, £499 with the optional dock and £479 with a 320GB HDD.
