Acer And Asus Stop Production of Netbooks
By on July 28th, 2009

Acer and Asus have decided to stop producing Netbooks till January, 2010. Both the companies have decided to wait for Intel Pine Trail platform which will feature the Atom N450 processor. I think both the companies have now realized that its totally useless to continue producing netbooks which use the N270 Atom processor as the processor is hardly capable of handling multi-tasking.
