Hey Keith, there was this poem I read way back entitled, “English Is A Queer Language”. Being my second tongue, it is not always easy to find the right words in every given situation. I don’t think it’s because we are any of the things listed above, but with constant usage and much practice, we’ll get better at it in due time.
The sentences are already complete…adding yes or no makes them grammatically wrong…
Even I too agree, the sentences are already complete.
Actually, just to be totally correct, the sentences should read:
I don’t have any sense. (Adding “any”)
I am stupid. (Already correct.)
I don’t have a brain. (Adding “a”)
And, you can add yes or no and keep the grammar:
No, I don’t have any sense.
Yes, I am stupid.
No, I don’t have a brain.
Of course, I’m not admitting any lack - just playing with grammar!

Liked the idea. Now I’ll make some more such sentences and ask my friends to fill them up
