Actually, just to be totally correct, the sentences should read:

I don’t have any sense. (Adding “any”)
I am stupid. (Already correct.)
I don’t have a brain. (Adding “a”)

And, you can add yes or no and keep the grammar:

No, I don’t have any sense.
Yes, I am stupid.
No, I don’t have a brain.

Of course, I’m not admitting any lack – just playing with grammar!

Hey Keith, there was this poem I read way back entitled, “English Is A Queer Language”. Being my second tongue, it is not always easy to find the right words in every given situation. I don’t think it’s because we are any of the things listed above, but with constant usage and much practice, we’ll get better at it in due time.
