I don&#039;t have any sense. (Adding &quot;any&quot;)
I am stupid. (Already correct.)
I don&#039;t have a brain. (Adding &quot;a&quot;)

And, you can add yes or no and keep the grammar:

No, I don&#039;t have any sense. 
Yes, I am stupid.
No, I don&#039;t have a brain. 

Of course, I&#039;m not admitting any lack - just playing with grammar!</description>
