Close Multiple Tabs At Once In Firefox
Firefox allows you to work with multiple tabs at any given point of time, but they only provide you with two options to close the tabs. With the default option you can close either the current tab or you can close all the other tabs other than the current tabs.
This leaves a lot to be desired. Now what if you want to close tab 5, 8 and 9 and leave the rest of them open. For this you would have to close the individual tabs one at a time.
Multiple Tab Handler is a Firefox extension which saves you the efforts of closing individual tabs. With the extension you can select multiple tabs and close them at once. It works just like file selection where you click and hold the Ctrl key while selecting the tabs you want to close with the mouse.
In addition to closing multiple tabs Multiple Tab Handler also provides you options to reload all the selected tabs this can come in useful when you want to refresh more than one window. The extension works only on Firefox 2.0 and above.
This is a very good extension indeed and I recommend it to all of you who are using Firefox. What other useful extension do you use for Firefox, do let me know through your comments.
