Another best encrypt tool for window;AxCrypt.
It has right click integration with window explorer and make it easy to use.

I’ve looked at a few of these in the past and I’d vote for TrueCrypt. Quite simple to use and also available for Mac users. a year ago I did lose a flash drive in an airport and it was a relief to know the data was encrypted.
