The one feature I liked about Mac OSX is the dock, which acts like a quick launch for windows, enabling you to quickly open any application. Though Quick Launch does the job for windows, having a dock application would definitely be more useful.

Previously mentioned CircleDock ^[4] is a dock application with a difference, instead of the regular rectangular docks, CircleDock allows you to dock applications in a Circle. Aqua Dock Is a free program that allows you to have an OS Xstyle, nice animated launchbar / taskbar on your screen that reacts to your mouse when you mouse over it. MyDock

MyDock a program launcher/organizer which combines functionality of Windows Start Menu, Taskbar and Quick Launch. To add an application to the dock is to start application from anywhere in the system and then ‘pin’ it to the dock  by selecting ‘pin’ option from the content menu.
