Download Thunderbird 3 Release Candidate 1 (RC1)
All the brave hearts using Thunderbird 2, here is your chance to try out the latest version of Thunderbird. Thunderbird 3 RC1 is now available for downloads.
Thunderbird 3 RC packs in several changes, you can read the list of major changes in Thunderbird 3 in our earlier post.
For those not in the know, Release candidates are polished versions of software, which are made available before the final downloads. You will not see many feature changes between a RC and a final product except for minor bug fixes (or another RC if there are major bug fixes). So if you have been waiting to give Thunderbird 3 a try, go ahead and download it right away.
