Starting with Office 2007 Microsoft started using a new ribbon menu to provide easy access to several tasks and features.

However most of the times change is difficult and not many people like seeing new things, so if you are one of those who want the plain old classic menu in Office 2007 and , UBitMenu can be quite helpful.
