6.5 Million Lists Created on Twitter

Twitter [1] went live with the new lists feature just 2 days back, we also did a tutorial on how to create lists on twitter [2]. However, it looks like many of you don’t need that tutorial.
According to a pretty complex search query [3] on Google, created by Amit Agarwal from Digital Inspiration, twitter users have already created more than 6.5 million lists.

The number of lists definitely show how popular twitter has become. Makes me wonder, why they took so long to get out with this feature? Thanks @labnol [4].
