Well August has been a pretty busy month for most of the top blogs, with their designing teams working on newer designs that would make user navigation and interaction very easy. The surprising part though was that many of the top blogs chose their redesigns to live in month of August.
Here are few of the top blogs that got redesigned in August.
Lifehacker one of our favorite productivity blogs, had a redesign done de-cluttering the top navigation and many other new features.
TechCrunch, one of the most read blog got a very good redesign done, the new design had a simple look and loads much faster.
The most popular resource for downloads went for a redesign too, making changes for easier navigation.
On the heels of Download.com, Softpedia too launched a new design, the colors and navigation look pretty good.
Could not find the official announcement for this, if anyone has the link please let us know, we will update this post.
Labnol.org one of our favorite technology blog managed by Amit Agarval went in for a total re-design too.
So as you see August definitely saw a lot of top sites redesigning. What do you think about the new designs? Are they better? Do they make navigation simpler? Or would you want these blogs/websites to stick to their old design? Do share your views with us.
