		<description>I completely agree. It was a bit painful to watch the Wolfram Alpha launch last week - they definitely weren&#039;t ready. And like you said, calling themselves a Google Killer definitely wasn&#039;t smart. One of the things Google does well, despite its flaws, is to - bottom line - have a functional product that people understand. Wolfram Alpha may have some use in the educational and research community, but the average person struggles to figure out what it really can do for them.

I also agree that new competitors need to approach the competition in baby steps.</description>
