Chrome OS is not designed for everything. It is designed as a web browsing OS, for those of you who sit there and blog all day but don't need applications to run, kind of like your self. Linux isn't free? Ubuntu sure looks pretty free. Sure they get paid for supporting their computers, who says Google can't do the same damn thing? Microsoft hasn't tried to stop people from using IE6 because that would cost money. Google actually knows how to get to the consumer. The two Google Products you mentioned, were not great at all. Browser Sync is a dumb idea, as not all people use FireFox and not all people on one network like the same settings. Google Notebook? lame.
