If you are wondering what the trivia was about? We had asked our readers a question to tell us the combination of currency notes that make up $100 with 50 notes, none of those 50 notes could include a $2 note in it.

Before I tell you the answers there were two people who got it right. Congratulations both of you.

Here are the answers to those, well answers because there are two of it;

Answer 1:

• 40 notes of $1 = $40
• 8 notes of $5 = $40
• 2 notes of $10 = $20

Answer 2:

• 45 notes of $1 = $45
• 3 notes of $5 = $15
• 2 notes of $20 = $40

The Trivia

A person has $100 ($ is used for representation purpose) in the form of 50 paper currency notes. In the 50 notes the person has, there are no $2 notes at all. We want to know what combination of notes the user has in his pocket that will bring up a total of $100.

Trivia Notes / Tips: Only $1, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 are accepted as valid currencies. You cannot use $2 notes to create the combination.
