Google gets experimental with layouts

In recent past you might have seen lots of Google experiments with layouts. Today I came across a new product in Google Labs called Google Experimental. As the title suggests Google Experimental is a product which experiments with various layouts for Google Search, along with that they also have new search features such as Timeline Views, Keyboard Shortcuts for search results, Left hand search navigation and right hand site navigation.

Gmail gets Google Presentation Feature

Google Blogoscoped reports that users have started to see a View Presentation link for power point attachments. Users have started to see the Google Presentation integration into gmail. You can now view the presentation online without having to download the file to your computer.

Google Search for Command Line Junkies

I am a command line junkie and love to use my keyboard more than my mouse. The transistion is thankfully to me being a Software Engineer working more often on Linux based systems. I have Cygwin installed on my system so that I can navigate my computer and interact with linux based system easily.
