Do you need to frequently translate webpages into other languages? This could mean using a translation service or installing Google toolbar. But if you want to translate webpages right from Google chrome, here are two useful extensions to do the job.
Google Translate Simple
This Google translate Chrome extension is a simplest option to translate webpages right inside Google chrome. It adds an icon next to the address bar, clicking which reveals a large dropdown. Select the language from the dropdown and hit the Translatebutton placed at the end of the dropdown. The page is translated using Google translation service and opened in a new tab.( also read: useful Google chrome extensions)
Google Translation Bar
The Google translation bar extension adds the normal translation bar in a web page when you click the address bar icon. Just click the translation icon at the far end of the address bar and the bar appears, after which you can translate the web page into your preferred language.
Techie-Buzz Verdict
Both the extensions are simply perfect. However, if I were to choose between the two I would have gone with the translation bar rather than the large translation dropdown.
