MTS Expands Its Services In UP East And UP West

Motorola Cliq 2 Leaked Pics Emerge

The leaked pics of Motorola’s upcoming Android device, Cliq 2 have been spotted in the wild. This handset is powered by the Android 2.2 (FroYo) operating system and it will be exclusively available on the airwaves of T-Mobile in the US. The complete features and specification of this handset is still unknown, but the Android powered Cliq 2 is expected to come with a 5 megapixel camera, slide-out QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi calling, MicroSD card slot, FM Radio, 3.5mm audio jack and more.

Samsung Wave To Get Bada 1.2 Update In Early 2011

Samsung Wave is the first Bada OS powered smartphone. This handset is already a huge hit worldwide. Samsung managed to sell 2 million units of this powerful smartphone. Now we have a good news or all the original Wave users. Samsung recently tweeted from their Bada’s official twitter account that, the Bada 1.2 update will be available for all the Wave users by early next year.

Dell Venue Coming To India In January

The Android powered Dell Venue smartphone, which was recently launched in Hong Kong, is currently displayed at the Dell India’s homepage. It comes with a 4.1 inch touchscreen display, 1GHz processor, 8 megapixel camera and so on. This handset runs on the Android 2.2 (FroYo) Operating System and it allows you to access around 200,000 apps from the Android Market.

Dell Venue features a 4.1 inch AMOLED display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution, 1GHz processor, Android 2.2 Operating System, 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and 4x Digital Zoom, Video and Audio Record, Dedicated Camera Key, Virtual KeyboardUSB Mass Storage, Wi-Fi, AGPS, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, Micro-USB, 3.5 mm headset jack, 1 GB internal memory, 32 GB expandable memory and a 1400 mAh battery.

The price, release date and availablity of this handset is still unknown, but the powerful smartphone is expected to launch in early January in India. The price of the phone is expected to be around Rs.23,000.

LG Launches C310 Dual SIM QWERTY Phone

LG Ally To Get Android 2.2 Update In February

Do you still remember the Android 2.1 powered LG Ally, which was launched back in May on the airwaves of Verizon Wireless? We have a good news for the LG Ally users. After the long wait, Android 2.2 (FroYo) update is finally coming to this mid-range smartphone in February.

A moderator at the LG Forum recently said that LG Ally owner will finally get the much awaited Android 2.2 update in February 2011. It is still unknown whether the Froyo upgrade will allow them to run Adobe Flash Player 10.1, since the specs of this handset is lower than the Adobe’s hardware requirements.
