AMD today announced the availability of their Mobility Radeon HD 5xxx series of graphics card meant for laptops/notebooks. The ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5xxx series of graphics card will be the first in the laptop market to support Dx11.

The folks at pocket-mint.com had a conversation with Apple’s design manufacture and they seem to indicate that Apple won’t be using the hugely popular netbook processor – Intel Atom to power their upcoming touchscreen based tablet device “iSlate”.
