There are hundreds of fake Facebook apps claiming to be the original “WhatsApp for Facebook” app, and are trying to steal information from Facebook accounts and post updates on their behalf.

A new scam message has surfaced the social networking giant Facebook, claiming to giveaway free $500 Woolworths gift voucher. The message is a typical survey scam, which asks for your personal and contact information in order to claim the “gift.”

A new scam message is reportedly spreading on Facebook that promises users with free iTunes card codes, which they can redeem it after completion of certain steps.

Facebook says that it will now delete photos from its servers within 30 days of getting a request. That is, the CDN links (direct photo links) will expire after a time period of 30 days after deletion.
