A developer at XDA forums has managed to port HTC One X Sense 4.0 UI on the Galaxy S2. The ROM is barely functional though, with most major hardware features broken.

A bunch of developers have managed to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean up and working on the Samsung Galaxy S II, witha few of the basic hardware features not working.
