Samsung Galaxy S2 Finally Gets A Preview CM10 Jelly Bean ROM
By on July 25th, 2012

The Galaxy S2 is one of the most popular Android phone out there. It is also a modding community favorite and has the largest CM9 user-base at nearly 150,000 installations. Over the last one week or so, quite a few handsets and tablets tasted Jelly Bean thanks to a preview build release from the CM team. The Galaxy S2 sadly missed all the fun thanks to some audio issues.

Nevertheless, it was just a matter of time before teamhacksung fixed the issue. Earlier today, the CM team finally released the first preview build of CM10 based on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean for the Galaxy S2 (I9100). Even though this is a preview build,  it is surprisingly very stable. It does lack all the CM10 features though, but we must keep in mind that Jelly Bean source has been out for only a couple of weeks now. Interested S2 owners can find the download link and more information over at this thread on XDA forums.
