For the last couple of days I have been facing a problem with Google AdSense reporting. I use custom channels to track performance of AdSense Ads and make adjustments accordingly to increase both CPM and CTR but for the last couple of days the AdSense reports have not being showing the channels in the main Reports Overview.

The Advanced report too does not show proper channel information. They have not even posted any clarifications about this issue on their AdSense blog. What’s up Google?

I guess this may have been caused due to the new changes they are rolling out to allow you to make ad changes without replacing code. But since there is not clarification from the AdSense Blog yet nothing can be speculated.

Below is a screenshot of how my reporting looks taking at 12 PM EST today.

Are you facing a similar problems with your AdSense reports? Do let me know through your comments. I would also like to know whether you use AdSense channels to tweak your Ads for better performance.

    You will probably get a reply stating that your mail has been forwarded to the right group/unit and they will look into it…then you can forget it…if you do get a reply that you wanted, then you are very lucky…

    Haha no, the issue got resolved and I am having proper channel information now. They prioritize things and seems the publisher thing is one of their concerns.

    @Shivaranjan @Ashwini @Kay

    I contacted Google AdSense team and today all reporting has come back to normal, I guess you should do that and see if it helps you.
